Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

Pack with Care

Carefully wrap your dinnerware in its original protective padding to ensure it reaches our facility without chips or breakage during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
